Sterile Processing Technician II

Instrumentum•Richmond, VA
•$30 - $40•Onsite

About The Position

Instrumentum is hiring Sterile Processing Technicians II for a new site we're standing up at a partner hospital in the Richmond, VA area. This team is being built from the ground floor — you'd help set how it runs. New sites don't open often. Joining one early means more say in how the department runs than you'd typically get on an established team: how trays move through the day, what the schedule looks like when things get busy, who gets asked first when something needs fixing. If you want responsibility sooner rather than later, this is where you'd get it. This Technician II role builds on core decontamination, assembly, and sterilization skills to take on quality inspection, documentation, and instrument-tracking work, and includes mentoring newer Technicians on the team. Single site, no travel.
