About The Position
The Sterile Processing Coordinator supports the smooth operation of the sterile processing department at Henry Ford Health’s Rochester campus. Requirements

- Ability to coordinate and manage shift operations effectively.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate shift operations, including scheduling, assigned activities, and resource management.
- Serve as a technical or functional resource for staff and perform similar duties as needed.
- Assign, monitor, and review the quality and progress of work, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of supplies and evaluate the orientation and training of assigned associates.
- Conduct regular audits to contribute to the quality assurance of the work product.
