Sterile Compounding Technician
About The Position
OurPharma is looking for an individual to join as full-time Sterile Compounding Technician. This position will work collaboratively with a team of pharmacists and production team members, and will be primarily responsible for the following: Participating in a robust on-the-job training program, which includes demonstration of understanding of all policies and procedures relating to the functions of this role. Performing work in a sterile, cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques. Participating in routine daily, weekly, and monthly cleans to help maintain a state of control of the cleanroom environment. Staging and preparing production materials and assisting with production batches. Adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent contamination during all processes associated with production of compounded sterile preparations.
