About The Position

This two-year fellowship program, beginning in September 2027 and ending in September 2029, is an initiative of the office’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. It aims to expand opportunities for new lawyers and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds who reflect the communities served by the Attorney General's Office. The program provides fellows with training and guidance from experienced attorneys to enhance proficiency and develop skills. Fellows will gain experience in various practice areas, including civil rights, health care, consumer protection, environmental protection, criminal prosecution, fair labor, administrative law, data privacy, and constitutional defense. The office has locations in Boston and regional offices in Western, Central, and Southeastern Massachusetts.
