Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is not required, but both new applicants and returning tutors are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to sit in on class: TTh 09:30 10:50
Responsibilities
- Prepares for and facilitates group study sessions and recitations for students in one instructor’s course.
- Sits in on class regularly to re-experience the material and current student expectations.
- Communicates and meets with faculty as necessary to deliver quality student experience.
- Attends a weekly team meeting.
- Facilitates and prepares for 2 one-hour sessions per week.
- Attends most class times along with students, unless an alternate arrangement is made.
- Communicates regularly with faculty and STEM Center (director, student managers, and other personnel).
- Participates in occasional training sessions.
