About The Position

The Stem Cell Clinical Specialist provides first-level clinical support for clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams on behalf of the Stem Cell Clinical Sales Support team. As an integral member of the clinical team, the specialist supports the execution of clinical programs and projects, provides direct clinical communications, and contributes to clinical programs, operations, and projects.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
At least 5 years of experience in a clinical, laboratory, research, health education, or customer service role.
Undergraduate degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams regarding Quality Standard Notification reports and inbound sample utility inquiries.
Generate and distribute follow-up emails regarding sterility results for newborn stem cell samples.
Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams regarding routine scientific inquiries.
Support Consumer Sales and Services by answering real-time clinical questions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes for Quality Standard Notifications, sterility-result follow-up, and inbound inquiry triage, and work with the manager on potential solutions.
Assist with auditing and updating Knowledge Base responses and Standard Response templates for basic FAQs.
Support recruitment of client families into internal donation programs in line with appropriate protocols.
Contribute to other clinical team projects as needed.
