About The Position

Assistants will assist VIL Stem Camp by leading the campers in group activities and lessons set forth in the assigned curriculum. They will assist classroom teachers and the director with daily tasks as needed, run errands, assist campers with assignments, actively engage with camp activities and promote an atmosphere of fun and learning. Also, each assistant will build a working relationship with the campers and offer advice based on their school experiences.

Requirements

• Must be available to work at the STEM Camp.
• Must be able to lead group activities and lessons.
• Must be able to assist teachers and director with daily tasks.
• Must be able to run errands.
• Must be able to assist campers with assignments.
• Must be able to actively engage with camp activities.
• Must be able to promote an atmosphere of fun and learning.
• Must be able to build a working relationship with campers.
