As we open our new Texas plant, we are seeking a Steel Weld Supervisor to establish and lead our steel welding operations. Job Summary The Steel Weld Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all steel welding operations within the Texas facility, ensuring products are fabricated safely, efficiently, and according to engineering, quality, and customer requirements. This position leads a team of welders responsible for assembling and welding steel tanks, structural assemblies, frames, brackets, and fabricated components using MIG welding processes and related fabrication techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong welding and fabrication knowledge, proven leadership ability, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a leader who can provide technical support, coach employees, improve processes, and drive performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. As operations expand, this position will play a key role in developing welders, standardizing welding practices, implementing training programs, and building a high-performing fabrication team.
