Requirements
- Previous experience in structural steel erection, metal building installation, or related steel trades.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong understanding of safe work practices in a construction environment.
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
- Physical ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs.
- Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently.
Responsibilities
- Installing structural steel
- Assembling pre-engineered metal buildings
- Working with miscellaneous metals
- Safely executing work
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Ensuring projects are completed with the high level of quality our customers expect
