About The Position

TriMas Packaging LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Set Up Operator to support production operations at its on-site facility in Auburn, Indiana. This is a full-time, hourly manufacturing production role on first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The work takes place in a non-temperature-controlled environment and is physically demanding. Starting pay is based on prior experience and qualifications.

The operator is responsible for setup and troubleshooting, along with other duties assigned to support production operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or paint line experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot equipment or processes.
• Frequently push, pull, and lift 30–50 pounds.
• Climb stairs as needed throughout the workday.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
