As we open our new Texas plant, we are seeking a Steel Material Processing Supervisor to establish and lead our steel processing operations. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, developing employees, and helping create a high-performing operation from the ground up. The Steel Material Processing Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring raw materials are processed safely, accurately, and efficiently to support downstream manufacturing operations. This position will help establish department standards, develop employee capabilities, improve equipment utilization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support the growth of Fidelity Manufacturing's newest facility. About Us FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the Backup Power Generation industry. We design and build backup power packages, including tanks and enclosures, for healthcare, industrial, and technology-driven customers that require uninterrupted power at all times. Job Summary The Steel Material Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily steel processing operations, ensuring materials are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently to support fabrication and manufacturing requirements. This position leads department personnel responsible for cutting, processing, staging, and managing raw materials while maintaining quality standards, inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, and production flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing leadership experience, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to coordinate people, materials, equipment, and production priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a leader who can drive accountability, develop employees, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
