Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 10+ years of experience in the construction field as a Supervisor.
Expertise with self-perform steel erection scopes of significant size.
Proficient with Microsoft suite applications.
Familiarity with Primavera and Procore.

Responsibilities

Providing schedule, erection sequencing, logistics, and equipment selection on steel erection scopes for pursuits and awarded projects.
Create the project start-up guide & quality assurance program.
Help read and build a 1-2 month look ahead work schedule.
Scheduling of labor, materials, equipment and knowledgeable on EWM procedures.
Experience with the purchase of project construction materials.
Read and understand contracts with both owners and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, craft workforce and other contractors.
Participate in project planning meetings.
Set sequence and directions for field and subcontractor work forces.
Assist PM on estimating change orders.
Prepare and sequence site logistics within budget and schedule restraint.
Foresee and mitigate schedule conflicts with subcontractors and self-performed work.
