About The Position

The Steamfitter will work at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. This is a full-time, 100% FTE position on a weekday day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role involves service work and construction or installation of mechanical systems. EPA certification must be completed within six months. No minimum education is required; a high school diploma or GED is listed. A journeyman certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Three years of service work experience.
• EPA certification, to be completed within six months.
• A current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence.
• No minimum education required; a high school diploma or GED is listed.

Nice To Haves

• Five-year steamfitter apprenticeship or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Three years of construction or installation of mechanical systems experience.
• Journeyman certificate or equivalent experience.
