About The Position
Join our team! Maintain and repair campus steam distribution systems and operate high/low pressure boilers. Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Requires NM Journeyman Pipe Fitter (JFP) License or ability to obtain License within year from date of hire.
Requirements
- High School diploma + 1 years of relevant experience, or higher degree
- New Mexico Journeyman Pipe Fitter (JFP) License or ability to obtain Journeyman Pipefitter License within a year from date of hire
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair steam distribution system and related equipment
- Performs steam distribution system maintenance activities
- Operates and maintains high/low pressure steam boilers, related controls and safety devices
- Performs related work as assigned
