About The Position

The Goddard School of Katy is seeking a creative, energetic, and responsible STEAM Enrichment Leader to bring imagination, discovery, and hands-on learning to life for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. This role involves creating amazing experiences through STEAM, enrichment activities, camps, and adventures beyond the school walls. The Goddard School believes childhood is full of wonder and aims to create a place where children feel inspired, confident, and excited to discover the world. Responsibilities

Design and lead engaging STEAM activities including science experiments, engineering challenges, art projects, building and design activities, creative problem-solving games, and hands-on discovery experiences.
Lead and coordinate Summer Camp and Spring Break Programs, creating exciting weekly themes, activities, and memorable experiences for school-age children.
Plan and oversee the STEAM-focused Afterschool Program, keeping children engaged through fun, creative, and educational activities.
Organize and lead field trips and special adventures, handling planning details and ensuring safe, fun, and meaningful experiences for children.
Support children across all age groups, from infants through school-age, assisting where needed to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
