In this role, you'll: Be working as part of a team delivering statutory land acquisition and land access services for major transport infrastructure projects across NSW, this role will see you leading compulsory acquisition processes, advising project teams and senior stakeholders, and ensuring land is acquired and accessed lawfully, ethically and on time to support construction delivery. You will navigate and apply statutory frameworks to deliver timely land access, statutory transactions including compulsory acquisition, road dedication and declaration in a complex, high‑profile infrastructure environment with competing stakeholder interests and legislative obligations.
Requirements
- Strong statutory, advisory and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in government, infrastructure, property, land acquisition, planning, legal or valuation environments
- Managing complex compulsory acquisition matters
- Influencing outcomes across multiple projects
- Balancing legislative compliance with community expectations
- Acting with integrity and sound judgement
- Managing sensitive statutory processes and stakeholder negotiations
- Experience working within legislative frameworks
- Advising on compulsory acquisition and land access
- Contributing to large‑scale infrastructure or property programs
