About The Position

U.S. Facilities, Inc, a consolidated facility management/infrastructure service organization, is seeking a Stationary Engineer to join our Upper Gwynedd, PA operations team. Typical work schedules will vary based on business demand. This position occasionally requires coverage of other shifts, holidays, and overtime. Candidates must be able to report to work daily, and overtime, holidays, and weekends in an emergency.

Requirements

• 5 years hands-on and experience in overall operations and maintenance of large office facility.
• Must have a history of safe work practices and training.
• Must have strong background and knowledge in building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Must have certification as Universal Technician for CFC
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, our Customers, Contractors and Co-Workers.
• Must be able to work safely and efficiently unsupervised.
• Must have a willingness to learn new skills and assist co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery, systems, and equipment.
• Performs Building Automation System operations.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Responds to alarms at the UG and NW sites.
• Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts.
• Controls and issues tools and equipment.
• Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations.
