Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated, reliable leader to join their Ground Handling Department as a Station Training Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality on-the-job training to new team members and continuous learning for existing team members at the station. This includes demonstrating proper use of all equipment and vehicles, along with hands-on de-icing training and follow-up. The successful candidate will have two years of airline experience, preferably encompassing all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp). This position will report to the Department Manager, Team Member Services.
