The Station Security Manager administers and maintains policies to ensure the physical security of all property and assets owned by the organization. This role involves reporting and analytics of physical security to comply with TAPA America guidelines, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with contracted security teams to reduce incident response times. The manager is responsible for training and developing the local team, creating reports for customer and leadership review, managing the contracted security team, and developing security procedures and protocols in conjunction with contracted development. This position also requires partnering with the onsite SOC and Corporate Security to maintain compliance with global security policies and procedures, ensuring facility security hardware aligns with global standards, and investigating security incidents. Communication with law enforcement may be necessary, and availability after hours is expected due to 24/7 operations.
