The Station Operations Foreman I – Processing is responsible for overseeing the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of gas processing and treating facilities. This includes managing plant systems such as separation, dehydration, treating, and liquid handling to ensure product specifications and production targets are consistently met. This role leads day-to-day station operations, sets team priorities, and ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Foreman applies strong operational judgment to resolve routine issues and optimize plant performance while maintaining a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence. The role requires demonstrating integrity, accountability, and transparency while upholding BKV standards, values, and culture.

Requirements

  • Understanding of natural gas industry standards, market trends, emerging issues, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
  • In-depth knowledge of process equipment design, operation, and failure modes
  • Leadership and management skills including achieving results through influence, guiding performance and development, and fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and job-related applications
  • Uses insights from digital tools to improve performance
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Advanced attention to detail, organization and prioritization
