About The Position

This is an integral part of the food & beverage department's culinary team and is responsible for preparing high-quality food product for our guests in all outlets - restaurant, bar, in-room dining and banquets. This is a high-volume kitchen responsible for providing food to all of the Hotel's outlets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of culinary experience in high volume, luxury environment.
  • Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport.
  • Above average communication skills - both written and oral.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high volume kitchen.
  • Degree in culinary, hospitality, or similar.
  • Current Four Seasons employees.
  • Bilingual candidates.
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality food product that ensures guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict sanitation guidelines consistent with State, Local and Four Seasons requirements.
  • Adhere to all Four Seasons standards – inside the kitchen as well as out.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a harmonious relationship with employees at all levels of the organization.
