Requirements
- State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) certification
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in activities of daily living, including but not limited to rising, showering, dressing, oral care, peri-care, ambulating and going to meals; make general observations.
- Maintain cleanliness of apartments in between scheduled housekeeping.
- Wash residents' personal laundry and linens.
- Escort residents on appointments.
- Inform co-workers of resident status at change of shift.
- Regularly visit with residents, providing companionship, interaction and emotional support
