About The Position

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Physician Leader to serve as our Kentucky State Medical Director and oversee substance use disorder treatment services throughout the state. This physician executive role provides strategic clinical leadership, physician supervision, quality oversight, regulatory compliance management, and medical operations support across a growing network of addiction treatment programs.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Active unrestricted state license
• DEA registration
• Board Certification in Addiction Medicine or related specialty
• Addiction treatment experience
• Physician leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead physician services
• Supervise providers
• Ensure quality and compliance
• Support recruitment and credentialing
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate regulatory reviews
• Provide medical team training
• Oversee statewide clinical operations
