Sales, State Manager - Indiana & Kentucky
About The Position
Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion-dollar charitable gaming industry, distributing a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. The company is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the states of Indiana & Kentucky. This role involves providing day-to-day directions and guidance to the sales team, accomplishing company and regional sales objectives, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. The position requires a motivated individual who thrives in a leadership role, has natural sales ability, can form strong relationships, and can plan and manage their own day while achieving individual and team goals. Occasional evenings and weekend meetings may be required depending on customer needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Four years’ sales experience
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload; strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record
- Must have ability to lift 70lbs.
- Demonstrated ability/desire to achieve sales objectives
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and follow-up skills
- Strong negotiation/persuasion skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to use mobile technology and work outside of a business office environment
- Ability to work as part of and lead a sales team
- Demonstrated ability to positively interact with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to successfully pass a drug test
Nice To Haves
- Some post-high school education
- Previous account relationship management experience
- Experience in the BINGO or gaming industry.
