About The Position

This role involves conducting comprehensive program and information system analysis, assisting in the execution of enforcement orders, and coordinating inspections of licensed facilities. The technician will oversee the fines management system, liaise with law enforcement for criminal investigations, and review incident reports. Additionally, the role includes designing research studies, assisting with data entry and analysis, generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and reviewing/revising policies and regulations. The technician will also coordinate IT applications and provide technical support to office staff.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services-related field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physician, EMT)
• An Associate's Degree in a health or human services-related field AND a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a health or human services-related field demonstrating the ability to perform the described duties and essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Generating weekly and monthly reports utilizing data collection methods.
• Ensuring data integrity through regular monitoring of database systems.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and suggesting revisions to policies and regulations.
• Coordinating information technology applications to support program operations.
• Providing guidance, direction, and technical support to office staff.
