About The Position

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional State Inspector to join their growing shop. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working around cars. The Emissions Inspector is responsible for conducting vehicle emissions tests in compliance with state and local regulations.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license
• Applicants must have a valid State Vehicle Inspectors License
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional working environment focused on excellent service.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, including tasks such as emptying trash, restocking inventory, and cleaning floors.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing checks as outlined in company policy.
• Provide customers with information and answer any questions about the services offered.
• During slower periods at the oil center, proactively seek out additional customers to increase service volume in the shop.
• Assist in the car wash area during busy hours as needed to support team efforts.
