State Income Tax Business Returns Preparer
About The Position
We are looking for state tax accounting professionals who have experience filing state income tax business returns. Location is not important as all positions work remotely. However, due to increasingly tough labor and tax laws, we only hire in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. If you do not live in one of the states listed, please do not apply, your resume will be automatically deleted. You must have good internet and a professional and quiet place to work. We are a fast-paced high-volume firm. You must be able to work quickly and accurately.
Requirements
- At least two years of recent experience filing state income tax returns
- Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
- Good internet connection
- Professional and quiet place to work
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 5 years of state tax return preparation, filing, and payment experience
- Experience with tax software
- Experience with other aspects of state tax
- Experience with Payroll or sales tax
