About The Position

As a State and Local Tax - Income Franchise - Manager, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on local tax matters, helping them navigate complex regulations and optimize their tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will analyze and interpret local tax laws, assist businesses in complying with local requirements, and enhance their tax strategies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Utilizing analytical thinking to navigate complex tax regulations and provide actionable insights

Conducting reverse audits and unclaimed property compliance reviews to validate tax positions
