About The Position

Nebius is seeking a Startup Program Manager (Lead) to establish and manage a premier, AI-native startup program. This role involves supporting and executing the daily operations of the global Startup Program, working directly with early-stage founders to facilitate their onboarding, deployment, and success on the Nebius platform. The program is designed to be commercially rigorous and technically differentiated, focusing on AI-native companies. The position requires hands-on engagement with founders throughout their startup lifecycle, from onboarding and initial deployment to production scaling, with opportunities for strategic program development. This is a highly cross-functional role interfacing with ecosystem, product, sales, and customer success teams. The role is open to remote work within the United States.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate venture programs, startup-facing GTM, or investment roles.
  • Experience founding, running, or supporting a startup, venture, or ecosystem program, ideally in tech, fintech, or AI.
  • Direct experience engaging with VC firms and portfolio companies, including building referral relationships and driving portfolio penetration.
  • Comfort operating in both technical and commercial/financial conversations, including credit or investment frameworks tied to milestones.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product, or Customer Success teams.
  • Data-driven approach with comfort in tracking pipeline, funnel, and retention metrics.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with founders, investors, and technical teams, with credibility from operating in a startup or founder-facing role.
  • Clear communicator capable of working effectively across teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Founder or early-stage operating experience (e.g., having started or led a company).
  • Working understanding of AI workloads, including training and inference environments.
  • Experience at a cloud provider or AI infrastructure company.
  • An MBA or equivalent, and/or a background in private equity or capital markets.
  • Interest in growing into a more strategic, program-building role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with portfolio companies of priority early-stage VC firms, serving as a key contact for founders and investors.
  • Manage referral workflows and structured outreach to increase portfolio penetration.
  • Conduct technical clinics and enablement sessions for VC-backed startups.
  • Represent Nebius as a preferred infrastructure partner within venture ecosystems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for founders in the program, guiding them from initial engagement through onboarding and into production.
  • Support the execution of stage-based engagement models to help companies progress from experimentation to growth and scale.
  • Assist in applying structured credit frameworks aligned with technical and commercial milestones.
  • Provide technical guidance to founders on GPU usage, training optimization, and inference best practices.
  • Deliver and enhance onboarding experiences to help startups achieve rapid first deployment and production.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to implement startup success milestones and playbooks.
  • Support technical enablement efforts for faster deployment, cost management, and efficient scaling.
  • Identify and support high-potential startups through growth phases and flag risks to retention.
  • Generate and manage startup pipeline, and support efforts to improve conversion from credits to paid workloads.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to track program outcomes and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Contribute to reporting on program performance, funnel health, and retention.
  • Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams to ensure smooth program operation.
  • Help reduce friction in onboarding, deployment, and expansion stages.
  • Share founder feedback and startup-segment insights to inform product and GTM strategies.
  • Contribute to higher-level program strategy and building work, as opportunities arise.
