About The Position

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. They have expanded from voice into three main platforms: ElevenAgents for customer experiences, ElevenCreative for content generation, and ElevenAPI for access to AI audio foundational models. This role is focused on owning the New York City startup program, a fast-growing partnership motion in AI that is already a significant driver of enterprise revenue. The goal is for every promising startup looking to build conversational agents to join the ElevenLabs startup program. The individual in this role will own New York Startup partnerships end-to-end, building relationships with VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners shaping the next wave of AI startups, and nurturing them through community engagement.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years in venture capital, founder or running startup partnerships at a fast growing startup
• Excellent at relationship building with a strong New York network of VCs and startups
• Strong operator with an ability to build and run systems
• A passion for ElevenLabs technology.

Nice To Haves

• Technical enough to understand our APIs and Conversational AI platform
• Already know the top venture funds & early stage founders in New York City

Responsibilities

• Own VC and accelerator partnerships across NYC and the broader East Coast ecosystem
• Build relationships with the founders behind the highest-potential AI startups on the East Coast, drive visibility, and bring them into the program
• Run a high-impact in-person presence in NYC and beyond: events, dinners, founder meetups, conference appearances, and ecosystem partnerships
