TalentCloud Group is partnering with a top-tier law firm to identify an experienced Financial Services Regulatory Associate or Special Counsel with deep expertise at the intersection of technology, fintech, payments, and digital assets. We're seeking attorneys with 5+ years of experience advising on sophisticated technology and commercial transactions, particularly those involving fintech platforms, payments systems, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital-asset infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology transactions, fintech, payments, or digital assets.
- Strong background drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
- Experience advising on emerging financial technologies and related regulatory considerations.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm in technology transactions, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial agreements, including: Technology licensing, SaaS and cloud services agreements, Strategic partnerships, Platform and product-level commercial arrangements.
- Advise on transactions involving: Bank–fintech partnerships, Payments and money movement, Blockchain, crypto, stablecoins, tokenization, Custody and digital-asset infrastructure.
- Collaborate with regulatory and corporate teams to help clients structure, launch, and scale innovative financial products.
- Navigate regulatory frameworks across financial services, technology, and digital assets, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation.
