About The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all duties within the Starbucks at an exceptional level, in order to properly train new employees of such standards. The Supervisor must be willing to work as a hands-on employee in all areas as necessary. The Supervisor may coordinate the recruitment, selection and orientation activities of all employees. Evening and weekend availability is expected for this position. Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Proven leadership and entrepreneurial abilities.
  • Understanding the need for punctuality, efficiency, quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining professional behavior while creating a ward, fun and hospitable environment to ensure all guests feel welcome.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties within the Starbucks at an exceptional level, in order to properly train new employees of such standards.
  • Work as a hands-on employee in all areas as necessary.
  • Coordinate the recruitment, selection and orientation activities of all employees.
  • Provide leadership to team.
  • Assist Manager in running of the restaurant.
  • Take and fulfill guests meal and drink orders.
  • Provide a positive atmosphere.
  • Attend to guests needs and requests.
  • All other duties as assigned.
