About The Position

The Starbucks Supervisor oversees bar operations at Hilton Alexandria Old Town and helps deliver memorable, warm hospitality to guests. The role supervises bar activities and staff, supports efficient service and transactions, and ensures that stations are stocked, organized, and operated according to established standards. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make the guest experience special.
• Supervise bar activities and ensure stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards.
• Prepare beverages for servers, process transactions, and support collaboration between bar and service teams.
• Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support for strong performance and service.
• Handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
