Requirements

Prefer Starbucks or Coffee House experience.
Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
Knowledge of the Barista roles as set up by coffee house or Starbucks.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and control costs
Proficient in menu planning and development
Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

ServSafe certification is a plus
