About The Position

The Starbucks Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the in-store Starbucks operation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, strong financial performance, and full compliance with Starbucks and company standards. This role drives sales, develops partners (employees), and maintains a clean, welcoming, and efficiently run environment.

Requirements

Previous coffee, food service, or retail management experience required
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Starbucks operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Maintain brand standards for beverage quality, food safety, and store presentation
Ensure proper opening, closing, and cash handling procedures are followed
Deliver and uphold the Starbucks customer-first experience
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Foster a welcoming, clean, and energized café environment
Recruit, schedule, train, and develop Starbucks partners
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and recognition
Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Drive sales through product availability, promotions, and suggestive selling
Manage labor to align with business needs and productivity goals
Monitor and control costs including waste and shrink
Execute merchandising displays and promotional setups
Ensure accurate pricing and signage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas
Manage inventory to ensure product availability while minimizing waste
Oversee ordering, receiving, and proper storage
Ensure proper rotation and freshness standards are followed
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Adhere to all Starbucks and company operating procedures
Maintain a safe environment for customers and associates
