About The Position

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; employees serving alcohol must be at least 21.
Be friendly and customer-service oriented, with a passion for coffee and a willingness to share coffee knowledge.
Have strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation, and be self-motivated.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Read, understand, and follow verbal and written directions.
Reliably meet the required work schedule and follow the company attendance policy.
Be able to perform the physical demands described, including standing, sitting, lifting and stocking up to 50 pounds, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide memorable customer service during daily interactions.
Prepare and serve quality beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food products consistently according to recipe and presentation standards.
Share knowledge of coffee and other beverage offerings with customers.
Perform cleaning and follow food-safety, safety, and sanitation practices.
Handle day-to-day production and quality control for department offerings.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise department products.
