About The Position
Quanex is looking for a 1st Shift Standard Screens Assembler to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI. This role involves operating and setting up production equipment, manually fabricating window and door screens, installing screen cloth, and palletizing finished goods. The position requires performing quality checks, working efficiently with team members to meet production targets, and adhering to all safety procedures. Requirements
- Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production equipment.
- Manually fabricate window and door screens and install screen cloth.
- Palletize finished goods.
- Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
- Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
