About The Position

The Stamping Technician is responsible for implementing and complying with defined standards, carrying out equipment acceptances, and setting parameters for the manufacturing process. This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), process stability, and throughput times. The technician will also perform problem-solving analysis for unstable processes, define and implement corrective measures, investigate the causes of production interruptions, and document lessons learned. Other duties, as assigned, may also be part of this role.

Requirements

• Experience in a Stamping Technician role
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Understanding of OEE, process stability, and throughput times
• Skills in defining and implementing corrective measures
• Documentation skills for lessons learned

Responsibilities

• Implement and comply with defined standards
• Carry out equipment acceptances
• Set parameters for manufacturing process
