About The Position

Flextrades is hiring Stamping Press Operators with 4+ years of recent experience for a 3-month travelling contract in Tennessee. This role involves setting up and operating various types of stamping presses in a fast-paced environment. The contract includes guaranteed hours, per diem, and hotel accommodations.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience operating stamping presses
• Read blueprints and spec sheets
• Ability to complete documentation and work with FTE Tool Room Leads
• References Required
• Must pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Setup experience required
• You should be proficient in: Die Attach/Bonding

Responsibilities

• Helping set up and operating in-die tapping and top-press mechanical progressive and deep draw stamping presses in a fast-paced environment
• Help FTEs bolt the die up in the ram, start feeding it, adjust ram stroke & shut height, verify clearance, and engage the ram to run a blank feed until a good part comes out
• Operating a sit-down forklift

Benefits

• Pay: $32/hr
• 50hrs/week GUARANTEED (OT over 40)
• $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
