About The Position

Chimera Enterprises is seeking an experienced Stakeholder and Records Management Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International division. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in data entry, records management, and stakeholder tracking, preferably supporting Federal programs or international affairs. This role is essential for meticulously maintaining engagement databases, relationship management tools, and ensuring proper documentation of all cooperative activities. The primary mission is to streamline and improve the efficiency of CISA's international operations through rigorous stakeholder tracking and records management, ensuring senior leadership has accurate, up-to-date data on foreign and domestic partnerships to foster collaborative relationships in support of its global mission. The position requires the ability to work with sensitive but unclassified data and eligibility for a Public Trust suitability determination.

Requirements

  • Experience with data entry, records management, CRM tools, or stakeholder tracking in a professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in maintaining accurate records and schedules.
  • Proficiency with standard office software.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships and manage information across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, International Affairs, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in data entry, records management, CRM, or stakeholder tracking, preferably supporting Federal programs or international affairs.
  • Eligibility for and ability to maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
  • Must be able to work with sensitive but unclassified data.

  • Familiarity with CRM or stakeholder management platforms is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update stakeholder contact information, relationship management tools, and engagement databases, capturing details on foreign partners, domestic stakeholders, and interagency counterparts.
  • Manage stakeholder contact information for CISA and input all required information into the Agency’s stakeholder relationship management tools and databases, including contact information; engagement history; and meeting information.
  • Track and manage calendars, working groups, communities of interest, and engagement records, ensuring accurate documentation of activities and participation.
  • Coordinate intra-agency and interagency working groups and sub-working groups on behalf of CISA’s leadership, including managing records, participant lists, and contact information.
  • Support records management for international engagements, issue papers, reports, and other documentation, actively identifying ways to improve the agency's systems.
  • Curate CISA International’s electronic and physical file management systems by not only maintaining existing information but also providing innovative options to CISA leadership on how to streamline and improve records management and retention systems.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries (e.g., engagement counts, partner types, topics) to support CISA International’s situational awareness and planning.
  • Input and maintain required data in stakeholder relationship management tools, CRM systems, and other CISA platforms in alignment with agency processes and standards.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across a wide spectrum of stakeholders in support of CISA’s international priorities.
