Responsibilities

  • Be assigned to a world-class manufacturing plant or distribution center.
  • Undertake mandates requiring cost-benefit analysis and balancing cost, quality, service, and people.
  • Develop leadership skills through continuous improvement training, with the potential to lead a frontline team.
  • Motivate teams to achieve performance targets and assist in implementing performance improvement procedures.
  • Identify and implement efficiency optimization initiatives (e.g., reducing planned downtime, identifying raw material loss points, directing frontline personnel, changing procedures, and reducing product and packaging losses).
