Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be assigned to a world-class production facility or distribution center.
  • Undertake mandates requiring cost-benefit analysis and balancing cost, quality, service, and people.
  • Develop leadership skills through continuous improvement training, with the goal of eventually leading a frontline team.
  • Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets and assist in implementing performance improvement procedures.
  • Identify and implement efficiency optimization initiatives, such as reducing planned downtime, identifying raw material loss points, directing frontline staff, changing procedures, and reducing product and packaging losses.
