About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and curious Project & Site Coordinator, eager to immerse themselves in the world of construction directly on the Westwalk Pointe-Claire site. This role is a unique opportunity to develop hands-on project management skills on A large-scale concrete residential construction site, collaborate with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors, and actively contribute to the monitoring and coordination of work. By joining our team, you will help ensure the smooth execution of major projects while gaining practical, formative experience at the very heart of a construction site.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
Passionate about working in a construction environment (previous experience is considered an asset)
Driven, energetic, and results-oriented
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset with natural problem-solving abilities
Confident in your ability to initiate and implement change
Thrive in a team environment
You are proficient in spoken and written French. Functional English is required.
Successful completion of the ASP Construction Safety Course is required

Responsibilities

Attend site meetings and support the coordination of subcontractors and trades.
Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
Track and follow up on deficiencies and corrective actions.
Perform on-site quantity take-offs.
Manage and track project changes with subcontractors and site staff.
Organize and maintain electronic filing for active projects.
Prepare daily site and quantity reports using Procore;
Work closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Project Manager and Finishing Superintendent.
