About The Position

Hitachi Énergie is looking for a quality intern for its Quebec City plant. Under the responsibility of our Quality Director, the incumbent will actively contribute to the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams.

Requirements

• Dynamic, curious, and proactive person who likes to take initiative.
• Strong interest in quality standards, particularly ISO 9001.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and desire to be actively involved in projects.
• Mastery of French and English.
• Hold a valid work permit in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality coordinator in managing the plant's documentation.
• Participate in the reorganization and optimization of the plant's documentary system.
• Contribute to raising teams' awareness of good quality practices to strengthen the quality culture within the plant.
• Support the quality team in maintaining and improving the ISO system (writing procedures, preparing audits, monitoring corrective actions).
• Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality documentation management.
• Perform any related tasks.
