About The Position

The Building Engineering Intern will be tasked with assisting the team in various technical projects related to buildings, equipment analysis, and the development of solutions to optimize facility maintenance and performance. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in building systems, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Proficiency in French is essential, English is an asset.
Ability to work in the field and in an office environment.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Participate in the analysis of the performance of building systems and equipment.
Collaborate in monitoring technical inspections and maintenance interventions.
Participate in identifying causes of failures and proposing areas for improvement.
Contribute to the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Perform technical surveys and update equipment documentation.
Participate in the continuous improvement of building maintenance processes.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure the reliability and availability of infrastructure.
