About The Position

The HEP team at P&W is developing a new hybrid-electric propulsion technology that will significantly improve aircraft efficiency. By optimizing performance across the different phases of flight, it aims to reduce fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions compared to a modern regional turboprop airliner. The electric propulsion system is a core component of this future hybrid-electric propulsion system and represents a critical product for several of P&W’s initiatives at the forefront of aerospace propulsion. If you are passionate, able to work fairly independently, and have a solid understanding of the discipline and its function, we invite you to apply.
