About The Position

Kentro is hiring for a remote Staffing & Workforce Operations Lead to support our Veterans Affairs ESOM contract. The Staffing & Workforce Operations Lead supports the Workforce Management Lead by leading staffing visibility, workforce tracking, staffing action management, onboarding and clearance status coordination, and workforce readiness across the ESOM program. This role ensures approved staffing requirements are accurately tracked, coordinated, and monitored from demand identification through recruiting coordination, onboarding visibility, and resource start. This role integrates and coordinates across those teams to ensure staffing needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and acted on quickly. By integrating directly with execution leads, the role helps confirm demand, clarify requirements, validate candidate alignment against approved labor categories, identify blockers early, and drive coordinated follow-through from requisition through onboarding. This integrated approach is intended to improve workforce visibility, reduce staffing cycle time, mitigate delays, and accelerate time-to-fill across the program. As the Workforce Management function grows, this role may oversee Workforce Coordinators, Staffing Analysts, Onboarding/Clearance Status Coordinators, or other workforce operations support resources.
