About The Position

As a Staffing Supervisor, you will be a subject matter expert on recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and staffing best practices. You will lead the execution of the branch recruiting plan, ensuring a high-touch, high-impact recruiting process that supports client fulfillment, teammate engagement, and business growth. This role supports branch operations through recruiting leadership, applicant engagement, payroll accuracy, client fulfillment, recruiter development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and recruiting platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities using data and metrics.
  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example as a top-performing recruiter while mentoring and developing Recruiters into high-performing staffing professionals.
  • Drive recruiting strategies that increase candidate engagement, applicant flow, and successful placements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service, teammate retention, and workforce stability.
  • Coach and develop Recruiters through regular performance discussions, goal setting, and hands-on support.
  • Oversee recruiting operations, including onboarding, payroll accuracy, compliance, and teammate support.
  • Monitor recruiting pipelines, hiring metrics, and team performance to ensure branch goals are achieved.
  • Partner with clients and recruiting teams to fulfill job orders quickly and effectively.
  • Support branch growth by generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding skill markets.
  • Lead weekly team meetings and performance reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, reporting, and workforce data to improve hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
