About The Position

TMC Staffing is seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist who can effectively support full-cycle recruiting efforts while also flexing into an Onsite Representative role as business needs demand. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working across 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends when necessary.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours across 1st and 2nd shifts
Availability to work weekends as required to support client operations
Willingness to transition between recruiting and onsite responsibilities based on business needs
2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Problem-solving mindset with a high level of accountability

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-volume staffing or light industrial environments
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Prior onsite workforce management experience

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate, up-to-date candidate records
Coordinate interviews, job offers, and pre-employment processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Serve as the primary point of contact for client and contingent workforce at assigned site(s)
Monitor attendance, track performance, and address employee concerns in real time
Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and ongoing workforce engagement activities
Collaborate with client leadership to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands
Support conflict resolution and employee relations issues with professionalism and urgency
