About The Position
ATWORK is growing and looking for a Full-Time Staffing Recruiter & Account Manager to join their recruiting team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill high-volume roles such as warehouse, forklift, and production. The position also includes scheduling interviews, assisting walk-in applicants, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, supporting hiring events and job fairs, and partnering with clients to meet their staffing needs quickly.

- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience hiring for warehouse/light industrial roles is a PLUS
